Terms of Service

Last updated July 4, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of Krobr — our marketing site, workspace, and the storefronts we host. By creating an account, joining the waitlist, or placing an order through a Krobr storefront, you agree to these terms.

Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using Krobr you agree to be bound by these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using Krobr on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms for that business.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

Merchant responsibilities (seller of record)

Krobr provides the software that powers a storefront; the merchant that operates the storefront is the seller of record for everything sold through it. As a merchant you are solely responsible for:

  • The products and services you list, their descriptions, pricing, and availability.
  • Fulfilling orders and handling customer service, refunds, and disputes.
  • Complying with the laws, taxes, licensing, and food-safety or other regulations that apply to your business.
  • Handling customer data you receive through Krobr in line with applicable privacy law.

Customer orders

When you place an order through a storefront, your contract for the goods is with the merchant, not with Krobr. Krobr passes your order to the merchant and helps both sides track its status, but the merchant is responsible for accepting, preparing, and fulfilling it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Krobr — including by breaking the law, infringing others’ rights, uploading malicious code, attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service, or using it to sell prohibited or unlawful goods. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Payments

Online payment processing is launching soon. Until then, orders are settled directly between the customer and the merchant. Subscription fees for paid Krobr plans are described on our pricing page and are billed to the account owner. When online payments go live, additional payment terms will apply and will be presented before you use them.

Service availability and changes

We work to keep Krobr available and reliable, but the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. We may add, change, or remove features, and we may update these terms; material changes take effect when we post the revised terms with a new date at the top of this page.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Krobr is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for the products, conduct, or fulfillment of any merchant. Krobr is a platform provider and is not a party to the sale of goods between a merchant and a customer.
