Information we collect

We collect the information you give us and a limited amount of technical information needed to run the service:

• Waitlist details — the email address (and any name or business you provide) when you join our waitlist.
• Account details — your name, email, business name, phone, and address when you create a Krobr account.
• Order details — items, quantities, notes, and the contact and fulfillment details a customer submits when placing an order through a storefront.
• Technical data — basic device, browser, and usage information (such as pages viewed) used to keep the service secure and reliable.

How we use your information

We use the information above to operate and improve Krobr — to create and secure your account, deliver storefronts, route orders to the right merchant, respond to support requests, and send service-related messages. Transactional email (verification, order updates, waitlist confirmations) is sent through our email provider, Resend. We do not sell your personal information.

Merchants and orders

When you place an order through a storefront, the merchant that operates that storefront is the seller of record for the goods you buy. Krobr provides the software; the merchant is responsible for the products, fulfillment, and their own handling of your order details. We share the order information you submit with that merchant so they can fulfill it.

Payments

Online payment processing is launching soon. Until then, orders are settled directly with the merchant (for example, cash on delivery or pay-by-bank). When online payments go live, card and payment data will be handled by a payment processor and this policy will be updated to describe that processing.

Sharing

We share information only as needed to run the service: with the merchant fulfilling your order, with service providers who process data on our behalf (such as hosting and email delivery), and where required by law. We do not sell personal data or share it for third-party advertising.

Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You can ask us to delete your account data, subject to records we must retain by law.

Your choices and rights

You can access or update your account details from your Krobr workspace, unsubscribe from the waitlist at any time, and request a copy or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. We will respond within a reasonable time.
